Famous Chef Mehmet Yalçınkaya Will Participate in Gastro Talks-7 Event

Gastro Talks program, organized in cooperation with Istanbul Gelisim University and MYK Gastro Arena, continues to bring together important names of the gastronomy world. "Gastro Talks-7" event will be held this time with the title "Brand Identity Creation Process and the Importance of Rating Agencies in Turkish Gastronomy".

Gastronomy Departments Coordinator Assoc. Prof. Dr. Serdar Egeli will moderate the event. The speaker of the event is the famous chef Mehmet Yalçınkaya, the founder of MYK Gastro Arena.

The event, where significant perspectives on the brand identity creation process of Turkish gastronomy will be shared, will offer participants the opportunity to closely follow the current developments in the sector.

All our students are invited to the event to be held on Wednesday, December 27, at J Block Mehmet Akif Ersoy Conference Hall.
