Internationalization

What is the Scope of Internationalization?

In addition to academic knowledge, factors such as gains from cross-cultural interactions, behavioral patterns, and being multilingual also increase competitiveness in the business world. In addition, it is possible to say that successful results are achieved through the know-how brought by expertise thanks to the international collaborations of universities and institutions. With the increase in the use of information technologies, cross-border knowledge exchange has also become easier. At Istanbul Gelişim University, we will strengthen internationalization by looking at the world through the lens of being in constant connection and interaction with it, surpassing the boundaries of knowledge, cultures, ideas, and technology. As part of internationalization, corrective and performance-enhancing activities and necessary arrangements will be made to monitor and evaluate the participation of our university's students and faculty members in national and international exchange programs, data on foreign students studying at our university, and foreign faculty members employed, as well as to increase the number of projects supported by international funds.
