Istanbul Gelisim University students recorded an important achievement at TEKNOFEST 2026 with their innovative work in artificial intelligence and multi-agent systems. Competing in the "Multi-Agent Intelligent Support System for Public Document and Official Correspondence Processes" category of the Artificial Intelligence Language Agents Competition, the KUTUP AI and BİLTEK teams completed the evaluation stages successfully and earned a place in the final. In the competition, which aims to advance the use of artificial intelligence in public services and the development of intelligent systems, students are working to build innovative and workable AI solutions to real-world problems.
AI Support for Public Processes
In the competition's "Multi-Agent Intelligent Support System for Public Document and Official Correspondence Processes" category, teams are developing solutions to help public institutions carry out document and official correspondence processes faster, more efficiently, and more effectively through AI-supported systems.In systems built on a multi-agent AI approach, the aim is for AI agents performing different tasks to work together and automate complex processes. In this context, students are working on technologies for various stages, including document analysis, information extraction, classification, routing, information retrieval, and official correspondence processes.
Aiming for Success in the Final
The KUTUP AI and BİLTEK teams reaching the final in the same competition category stands out as an important achievement demonstrating IGU students' capabilities in artificial intelligence, software development, and advanced technology.Throughout the competition, the teams did more than build a technical product; they also studied how AI technologies can be adapted to real problems in the public sector. The projects developed went through evaluation processes covering technological innovation, feasibility, and problem-solving approach, and were carried through to the final stage.
This result reflects the effort and production-focused work IGU students have put into a major national technology competition in the field of artificial intelligence and multi-agent systems.
