An academician from IGU was invited to the "Applied Cyber Security Conference"

Asst. Prof. Dr. Serkan Gonen, Head of the Software Engineering Department at Istanbul Gelisim University, will attend the Applied Cyber Security Conference on "The Formation of the Cyber Ecosystem in Azerbaijan" dedicated to the 30th November International Computer Security Day. Asst. Prof. Dr. Gonen will both make the opening speech and evaluate the "Cyber Security Awareness" topic at the conference.

The Applied Cyber Security Conference on "The Formation of the Cyber Ecosystem in Azerbaijan", dedicated to the "International Information Security" day, prepared in partnership with Mingachevir State University, Azerbaijan Technical University and Gazi University, will be held on November 30. Asst. Prof. Dr. Serkan Gonen, Head of the Software Engineering Department of Istanbul Gelisim University Engineering and Architecture Faculty, who will attend the conference as a speaker for two days, will also make the opening speech at the conference.

More than 20 topics will be discussed at the Applied Cyber Security Conference, which will take place on the online platform between November 30-December 2. Asst. Prof. Dr. Serkan Gonen will also talk about “Awareness in Cyber Security” in the program where many significant topics such as data leakage, the importance of cyber security, applied web security, mobile malicious programs will be discussed.
