Gastronomy students attended the 2nd Global Gastroeconomics Summit

The Gastroeconomics Summit, has been organized by the Tourism Restaurant Investors and Gastronomy Enterprises Association (TURYID), which brings together 250 domestic and 250 international restaurants to offer added value to the national economy, tourism, and catering sector.

In the summit, where topics such as gastrodiplomacy and gastrotourism were prominent, the topics that gave rise to the agenda in export, innovation, and tourism were discussed. Istanbul Gelisim University School of Applied Sciences Department of Gastronomy students who participated in the summit that inspiring speakers of participated and shed light to social life, learned about the spread and development of gastronomy in the world.

The 2nd Global Gastroeconomics Summit was held with the participation of many local and foreign names.
